For those of you that don't, just know that the sun was out, the weather was unseasonably fine, and Manhattanites everywhere ventured outside for the first time in months. They streamed into sidewalk cafes, public parks and later...onto the rooftops. The brief respite from the cold and gray whet all of our appetites for the coming season, and summer in the City is synonymous with rooftop bars.
