Excitement & Luxury in Monte Carlo, Monaco

Pamela Feick, Regional Director of Industry Relations at the Global Group just visited the legendary playground of the rich and famous with Black Book Collection member, Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo.

Ah, Monte Carlo. So much excitement and luxury packed into one little city. The December weather was beautiful and let us to pack a lot of excitement into our little trip. MetropoleHotel Metropole Monte-Carlo


Decor
We stayed with Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo where the we enjoyed exciting and festive décor... PigLeg
...dining in the Michelin rated gastronomic restaurant by Joel Robuchon and Yoshi, his first Japanese restaurant, also Michelin rated.

We indulged in fabulous treatments at the hotel's exclusive Espa... FerrariRide
...and drove Ferraris! (Ok, we didn't actually drive them but we had professional drivers take us through the winding streets of Monte Carlo – where the World Formula One Championship takes place – at nearly 200 miles per hour.) Parfumerie
And we enjoyed a private tour of the renowned Fragonard Perfumery where purchases of many types of soaps, perfumes and Argon oil were made by all. Casino
No trip would be complete without a visit to the famed casino frequented by James Bond. Although I must admit, no one was drinking martinis.

so I'm guessing it's well beyond his "Rocker" heyday, closer to the end of the 60's. It's all in French so I don't know what he's saying, but there's some nice live performance footage and the 60's French teens are always ultra-cool.

Jerry made the statement during a pre-game interview when he was asked to comment on the Raiders return to Oakland in 1995 following their 13 year road trip in Los Angeles.
