The Robb Report 100 Resorts is not just another list of popular travel destinations. If fact, the less popular, the better. This list is one that attempts to reveal some of the most exclusive, luxurious and authentic resorts out there. And here's a big CONGRATULATIONS to the members of the Black Book Collection by JG that made the cut:
Lake Placid Lodge Lake Placid, New York
Ponta dos Ganchos Santa Catarina, Brazil
Hotel Salto Chico Torres del Paine, Chile
Castiglion del Bosco Tuscany, Italy
Singita Lebombo Lodge Kruger National Park, South Africa
Singita Sweni Lodge Kruger National Park, South Africa
Singita Grumeti Reserves: Faru Faru Lodge Serengeti, Tanzania
Singita Grumeti Reserves: Sabora Tented Camp Serengeti, Tanzania
Singita Grumeti Reserves: Sasakwa Lodge Serengeti, Tanzania
Huka Lodge Lake Taupo, Taupo, New Zealand
And we'd be remiss to not mention this Black Book Collection member included on the Condé Nast Traveler's Best New Hotels Hot List 2012:
Volcanoes Safaris: Kyambura Gorge Lodge Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda

Wow! Those are some excellent photos. I think the one in Chile is the most appealing for me, although I doubt I would complain if I stayed at any of them. Have you been to any one in particular? If so, which is your favorite?
Thanks for the post,
Ryan

Once upon a time man was a nomad. He traveled from place to place with his group. He traveled in search of prey. He traveled in search of pasture for his cattle.
