New Year Resolutions: Necessities: Travel More!

Every New Year, we Americans come up with a long list of ways to better our daily lives. Common goals set to foster new beginnings include exercising more, improving grades, increasing time spent with family, and all together reaching a level of perfection unknown to even Ghandi or Jennifer Aniston. Good luck.

At JG Black Book, we believe that in order to attain our New Years dreams, we must be as specific as possible with our desires. For example, instead of inwardly annoucing, « This year, I’m going to travel more! » we suggest a clarification of sought after destinations. Where to, you adventurous nomad you ?

Let’s try again : « This year I’m going to visit at least one country in South America (with my beau/belle) and one in Africa (going solo)». Not bad ! Now that you have an outline to work from, it’s more likely that you’ll take your plan seriously and follow through. And take us with you.

To encourage fellow travelers to escape more regularly, we’ve come up with a list of portable necessities that combat discomfort and cater to convenience. Stiff-plane-neck ? Unable to drag five suitcases and your five year old without growing tentacles ? We got your back:
